We do not process ticket purchases, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any venue, artist, or ticketing platform referenced on the Site unless explicitly stated.
The Site also includes an interactive venue map powered by Google Maps. Map data, pin locations, and geographic information are provided for general informational and discovery purposes only. Venue locations shown on the map may not be exact; always verify a venue's address before traveling.
Event information displayed on CRWD SRFR — including but not limited to dates, times, doors/show times, pricing, performer lineups, and venue details — is collected from third-party sources (venue websites, ticketing APIs, and other public listings) on an automated or semi-automated basis.
This information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Venues and promoters frequently change event details without notice, and errors can occur in the collection process. CRWD SRFR makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any event information displayed.
Always verify event details directly with the venue or official ticketing source before making plans, travel arrangements, or purchases. Any links to ticket purchase pages are provided for convenience only.
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services (venue pages, ticketing platforms such as SeatGeek, AXS, opendate.io, and others) and embeds third-party tools including Google Maps. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for:

We aggregate publicly available event information for informational and discovery purposes. If you are a venue, promoter, artist, or rights holder and believe your content has been used inappropriately or you would like it removed from the Site, please contact us at contact@crwdsrfr.com and we will promptly review and address the request.
The CRWD SRFR name, logo, design, layout, and original code are the property of KM Makes LLC. Event data, venue names, artist names, and associated logos/trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and identification purposes only.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site's compiled data or design for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

CRWD SRFR includes a "Featured" page that highlights certain events or venues in a space outside of the main "Calendar" page. Featured placement is a paid commercial arrangement and does not constitute editorial endorsement by CRWD SRFR or KM Makes. Featured listings are not a guarantee of event quality, accuracy, venue reliability, or any other attribute. All disclaimers regarding event data accuracy (see Section 2) apply equally to featured listings.
CRWD SRFR may display logos, content, or other promotional placements from local businesses and organizations ("Sponsors") in exchange for payment. The following applies to all such arrangements:
CRWD SRFR offers an optional donation feature (e.g., via PayPal) to support the operation of the Site. Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not constitute payment for any product, service, ticket, or membership. Donating does not entitle you to any special access, features, or guarantees regarding the Site.
We are not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from reliance on event information on the Site, including but not limited to canceled events, schedule changes, incorrect pricing, or issues arising from third-party ticket purchases.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KM Makes disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
